We offer STORE CREDIT / EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. In each package there is a Store Credit / Exchange form.
In the event you wish to process an exchange or request store credit please, fill out the form and send back to us.
Each piece is valuable and special to us. Merchandise returned must be unused, in the original packaging for safety during transit, safety liners / tags intact, no signs of wear or wash (please no lotion, body oil, or makeup stains), & in the original condition you received
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment back to us for an exchange / store credit. We will cover the cost to get the exchanged item back to you, or if you are requesting store credit the cost of shipping will be included.
*Please keep your tracking numbers as reference and please allow up to one week from the time we received the package for us to contact you with your store credit code or exchange information.*
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : All international orders will be shipped via DHL Express or UPS Standard / Expedite. Shipping fees vary per destination and you will be able to calculate the cost upon checkout before the order is placed. *Orders that are made for international customers are subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees determined by the country that the package is being shipped too. We are not responsible for these fees and we will NOT accept any merchandise back if you choose to not pay these fees given by the country to which the package has been shipped to.
