In the event you need to return for any reason: Due to being a small growing brand and the limited quantity of the products produced we only offer store credit / exchange only within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Should any merchandise be purchased on sale, all sales will be final.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject of the email and explaining whether you would like to receive a store credit or an exchange.
Merchandise returned must be unused and in the original packaging with the safety tag on and intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted & will be sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for cost of shipping the item back to us but we will apply that cost towards your store credit for the next time you shop with us.
*Should any merchandise be damaged or defective please email us immediately with the subject “damaged item”
